MCFs are an important cost driver in helicopter maintenance. If these flights are carried out safely, competently, completely and quickly, it helps the helicopter operator or owner to save costs. RUAG offers EASA-compliant trainings tailored to customers’ requirements (theory, practice, consulting). This way, resources can be optimised and safety can be increased.
RUAG has more than 40 years of experience as a service provider for selected civil and military helicopters. Over 130 pilots and technicians have so far benefited from the professional training provided by the experienced RUAG factory and test pilots (Field Report Theory Training). RUAG offers the following training courses:
The course is primarily aimed at helicopter pilots who carry out MCFs after maintenance work or wish to do so in the future. However, it is also suitable for technicians (mechanics, avionics, etc.) who are confronted with check flights in their work. The course content is taught by an experienced RUAG factory or test pilot and is carried out independently of the helicopter type.
